We took care of the overall integration of the smart building system with human-centric lighting, a flex-desk and monitoring of the occupancy of the meeting rooms by means of EnOcean occupancy sensors. Occupants are counted using intelligent cameras. A parking space booking system has also been installed (IoT LoRa connection), along with a user app with the following functions: meeting room and parking space booking, indoor navigation, Bluetooth virtual remote room control, integration with Microsoft Exchange, charging station management, general information portal and a connection with the sandwich booking system.
